The ingredients needed to make Mango bread:
  1. Make ready 0.25 cup milk
  2. Take 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Take 1 cup maida or all purpose flour
  4. Take Optional almond flour + Ragi flour
  5. Make ready 1 mango puree
  6. Prepare 1 banana mashed
  7. Make ready 0.5 cup jaggery
  8. Make ready Saffron rinsed in milk
  9. Take Raisins and cashews
  10. Make ready Cinnamon powder
  11. Prepare Cardamom crushed
  12. Get 1 tsp vanilla extract
  13. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  14. Take 0.5 tsp baking soda
  15. Prepare Pinch salt

Combine all of the dry ingredients. Beat eggs with oil and add to flour mixture. Add mangos, lemon juice and raisins. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.

Steps to make Mango bread:
  1. Wet ingredients: milk + mango purée + banana mashed + saffron milk mix well
  2. Now sieve dry ingredients to it. Add flour (all specified flours)+ jaggery + raisins + cashews + crushed cinnamon and cardamom. Add baking soda + baking powder + pinch salt.
  3. Now mix the batter and pour it in a cake mould
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F in the beginning and place the mould and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Serve it once cooled.

In another bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Super moist fresh mango bread, with a touch of honey and cinnamon. The perfect treat to serve with tea in the morning or afternoon. Add mango and slowly incorporate into the flour mixture.
